Once your order has been confirmed, it is quickly prepared. If you wish to modify or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible via customer service at info@valkki.com. We will do our best before shipping.

We currently deliver to Switzerland and several European countries.

What if my package is damaged or incomplete?
If your package arrives damaged or if a product is missing, contact us at info@valkki.com as soon as possible with a photo of the package and its contents.

Can I return a product?
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

All our toothpaste products are
made in France.
Our shower gels and hair care products are
developed in specialized laboratories in Switzerland, renowned for their

Are your products natural?
Yes. Our formulas are mainly
composed of naturally derived ingredients.

Are your products organic?
Only our toothpaste products are organic certified.
How are your products tested?
All our products are evaluated and tested
in specialized laboratories, in accordance with the requirements of the
European cosmetic regulations.
They are notably subject to:

– microbiological tests
– safety assessment by an expert
Are your products tested on animals?
No.
In accordance with European regulations, none of our products or their ingredients are tested on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. Our formulas do not contain any
animal-derived ingredients.
Why are your products concentrated for dilution?
The concentrated format reduces water transport and packaging, while guaranteeing the same effectiveness and ease of use.
Are your packages recyclable?
Yes. All our packaging is recyclable.
Most of them are made of
polypropylene (PP), a widely recyclable material.
